A Huge Shouter Of Mental Health and Agrophobia Sufferer for over 10 years.

After being a hairdresser for 27 years it's been an interesting career in listening to others and creating a safe place to talk openly.

So now i start my journey into podcasting and hope to have great engaging guests to tell their story.
